This position will provide comprehensive administrative support as the defensive line for the SVP of RBDC. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical and communication abilities, a strong attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. They should have an excellent understanding of systems and project management, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the RBDC management team and facilitating effective communication within the distribution team and across the broader RBDC/RBNA organizations. EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an executive support role, preferably supporting senior leadership Exceptional analytical, organizational, and time-management skills Outstanding ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication abilities Excellent project management skills Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI) and other relevant software Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Self-starter and takes initiative Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage Travel 60-70% Permanent Benefits eligible
