This role embodies exceptional Guest Services within our Food & Beverage Banquet team. As a Banquet Bartender, you wield the power to create a memorable experience for our guests by serving delicious food and drinks with warmth and enthusiasm.

Essential Job Functions:
* Provide our guests with exceptional service through genuine engagement and thoughtful attentiveness
* Prepare beverage orders, generate checks, and handle payments efficiently for each guest
* Maintain daily organization of the bar, ensuring all products are stocked and readily accessible
* Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages
* Reduce spoilage and waste through efficient productivity methods
* Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all refrigeration, storage, and work areas

Physical Demands:

* Ability to kneel, stoop, pull, grasp, lift and carry, and transport 50 - 75lbs.
* Ability to stand and walk in confined space for entire shift
* Manual dexterity to use and operate food and beverage equipment

Qualifications:

Education:
* High school diploma or its equivalent
* Completion of Bartending School or Bartending & Mixology Certification preferred

Experience:
* Minimum 1-year Bartender experience in a similar role, size of operation required, hotel experience preferred
* Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required
* Food Handlers Certification required
