We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to help support recruiting and software clients. You must have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on account management experience to be considered. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or account management, paired with recruiting or tech client support, as they will be responsible for supporting clients from both industries. Our client designs and posts content tailored to your brand, strategically following and interacting with other pages and communities in order to effectively articulate your brand's messaging and build a community around your brand. Our client specializes in creating & monitoring platforms, content creation, audience engagement, business strategy, and converting increased brand awareness into concrete sales. What You Will Be Doing: * Identify and close new client leads. Leads will be provided to you * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate marketing solutions * Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients * Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients What We Are Looking For: * Must be able to work in the office Mon-Thurs 8 am - 5 pm, Fridays are remote. o Office is located in Woodbridge, NJ * 3+ years' experience supporting recruiting industries, websites, software, marketing etc. * Proven experience in account management role * Must have experience managing ad campaigns for both LinkedIn and FB * Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer needs * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus * Ability to negotiate contracts and pricing agreements What Our Client Offers You: * Base salary $55 - $65K plus 5% monthly commission * Major train station right next to the building for easy commuting * Health insurance * 401K plan * 10 paid days off to start * Growth opportunities into Account Executive role Join our team of dedicated professionals and take your career in sales and account management to the next level.
