Job Title: CMS Specialist Department: Cash Management Services (CMS) |
We are looking for
CMS Specialist to join our team. The Cash Management Services (CMS) Specialist will assist the CMS Administrator in handling daily operations workflow and branch support to maintain system integrity, compliance requirements, and client satisfaction. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with internal departments and external customers while providing exemplary customer service. The CMS Specialist is a key member of the team in building and expanding on client relationship by delivering strong digital banking and cash management services.
Key Responsibilities
- Retain knowledge of Bank operations and CMS products including but not limited to Online Banking, Mobile Banking, ACH, eWire, Remote Deposit Capture, Cash Vault Services, Positive Pay (ACH & Check) and other services.
- Support internal and external clients with cash management products and online/mobile banking products.
- Retain knowledge of Bank operations and CMS products including but not limited to Online Banking, Mobile Banking, ACH, eWire, Remote Deposit Capture, Cash Vault Services, Positive Pay (ACH & Check), and other services.
- Daily processing of eWires, ACH, merchant capture activities, as deemed necessary to daily department operations and report for fraud or suspicious activity.
- Perform daily reviews of reports, maintain and update necessary logs, conduct callback, and detect and report unusual or suspicious activity.
- Reconcile various general ledgers and ensure daily reconciliation.
- Answer calls timely and reinforce superior client service through his/her own example along with appropriate follow through with involved clients and employees.
- Maintain current on compliance requirements and assist in training branch staff.
- Handle inquiries and support requests while ensuring customer service quality.
- Assists all branch offices in resolving operational and system inquiries and providing support.
- Accurately perform customer setups on appropriate systems and provide training in all related areas.
- Provide technical assistance to new and existing CMS clients. Bilingual in English and Korean.
- Review Cash Management Applications and documentation for completeness and process cash management application and other documents for approval or denial of cash management.
- Ensure compliance with BSA and other compliance requirements, as applicable to job function.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or client complaints.
- Strong ability, desire and enjoyment in working with others as part of a diverse team as well as work independently.
- Must possess excellent communication skills and customer service skills with a high level of professionalism, whether over the phone, in person, or in writing.
- General knowledge of operations regulations, banking laws, and accounting practices.
- Present a professional image in dealing with clients, interdepartmental, and external representatives.
- Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred.
