C&E Facility Assistant Position
Position Overview: Supply support to all athletic events.
Essential Duties:
* Open/close main facility and support buildings (restrooms, press box, ticket booth, training room)
* Enforce facility policies and regulations
* Maintain clean and presentable facility for all participants, guests; maintain neat equipment storage
* Assist with setup, tear down or moving of equipment (tables, chairs, benches, goals)
* Delivery, setup, and tear-down of AV and other equipment; scoreboard operation
* Communicate regularly via shift report to supervisor and follow University security measures
* Welcome guests and other visitors; answer questions and make appropriate referrals; act as ambassador to the conference/event guests for Conference & Event Services
