About The Team/Role

Join our Shared Capabilities enterprise product group as a Product Manager III focused on contract lifecycle management (CLM)within the "Lead to Order" acquisition product team. Embarking on our mission to bring the product operating model to our legal team in order to ensure our legal products and processes seamlessly integrate with up and downstream stakeholder systems and processes, we need a leader to drive the legal product roadmap. This product manager will be someone passionate about problem-solving and achieving actionable outcomes, ideally with experience in contract lifecycle management.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Collaborate with Legal, Product Management, Sales, Technology, Data & Analytics, and other stakeholder teams to understand product features and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Develop a comprehensive contract lifecycle management (CLM) tool implementation strategy aligned with overall product and customer success goals, in partnership with a vendor implementation partner.

  • Be the CLM product point of contact for WEX, gathering information to create accurate, informative, and resonant user stories for both the business and the data team.

  • Monitor vendor performance and provide regular updates to senior management to ensure relevancy and accuracy.

  • Deeply understand customer needs to define priorities, inspire the broader team, and deliver best-in-class experiences and enabling capabilities.

  • Build the product roadmap and drive trade-off decisions.

  • Identify new features and opportunities on behalf of stakeholders, leading a technology implementation team to align on mission and deliver great results iteratively.

  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to measure results, inform the roadmap, and achieve benefit, adoption, and financial results.

  • Present effectively to high-level stakeholders, set clear priorities and direction, and build bridges across groups.

  • Own the product end-to-end by developing business models, defining and analyzing success metrics, and managing strategic projects.

Experience You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business) or related experience with 5+ years of proven experience as a product manager, ideally in managing third party tool implementations or contract lifecycle management systems.

  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in an iterative development environment.

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
