WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
- This position significantly contributes to supporting and managing the POS (Point of Sale) data.
- This role is key to providing specific data points for total POS and SKU level detail.
- This position will work 4 days a week onsite and 1 day at home for our retail partner Menards, in Eau Claire, WI.
- Handle all POS data for channels of distribution
- Analyze and interpret all POS data
- Schedule and implement monthly POS meetings. Incorporate all business functions as part of the meeting and action plans
- Develop action plans by account, by product category and SKU
- Implement an action item list for the sales and product marketing team to deliver to their account
- Analyze current and historical promotional data
- On-site forecasting
- Maintain weekly inventory
- Support the product management team with SKU-level performance
- Communicate all new items set up information, product, and packaging specifications
YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to handle concurrent projects in a cross-functional team environment
- Strong organizational, written, oral, and meeting management skills
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office and utilization of CRM tools
- Ability to communicate with team members, customers, suppliers, and organizational leaders
- A professional and positive approach, being a self-motivated and dynamic team player
