Job Title: Global Support Team Representative
Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Global Support Team Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for answering incoming tickets via email regarding the status of equipment returns. You will create RMAs, return shipping labels, and close cases for our global customers. Key Responsibilities: * Respond to incoming email tickets regarding equipment returns. * Create RMAs and return shipping labels. * Close cases for global customers. * Provide exceptional customer support and service. Skills Required: * Customer support * Email communication * Written communication * Help desk support * Customer service * Experience with Zendesk and Salesforce preferred * Knowledge of shipping, logistics, and e-commerce preferred *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
