Regular, Full Time, Non-Exempt

Compensation: $46,000-$52,000

Location: Manhattan, Kansas (onsite) - This position is not eligible for remote or hybrid work environments

As a Stewardship Coordinator, you will play a role in fostering donor relationships, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression and every contribution drives meaningful change. This position places you at the heart of donor stewardship, where your passion for collaboration, creativity, and attention to detail will shine. You'll manage the daily operations of gift acknowledgments, facilitate impactful messaging, and create personalized experiences that highlight the generosity of our supporters. With your organizational skills and goal-driven mindset, you'll lead projects like memorial and honorary giving, donor greetings, scholarship reporting, and more-all with a commitment to excellence and donor satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee daily donor acknowledgment processes, including report management, data review, and distribution through email, print, and other platforms.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop inspiring donor messaging, ensuring each communication reflects the impact of their generosity.
  • Lead special stewardship initiatives, such as memorial giving programs, scholarship thank-you processes, and holiday donor greetings.
  • Serve as the liaison for the Kansas Scholarship Network (KSN), ensuring seamless scholarship reporting and communication.
  • Drive innovation in stewardship strategies, analyzing communication campaign performance to enhance engagement and donor satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of professional office experience, with a history of meeting goals and project timelines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort working with databases and technology tools
  • Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks successfully
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a talent for connecting with internal and external stakeholders
  • A proactive, goal-oriented, and self-starting approach that thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

What we want:

  • Experience in fundraising or donor relations
  • Experience with CRM system, Marketing Cloud, Pledgemine, or ThankView
  • Drive with a results and team-oriented approach
