Position Summary

Reporting to the Technical Group Lead for CPS Energy's ERP Transformation Program, the Mgr System Integration and Interface plays a vital role in ensuring seamless integration of various systems and interfaces. This leadership role is responsible for working with the Enterprise Architect to design, develop and implement integration strategies to align with organizational goals, ensuring that all systems work cohesively to support business operations. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external partners, the Lead ensures that integration solutions meet business needs and overseeing implementation lifecycle.

As a senior leader, you will design, develop, and oversee integration solutions to optimize business processes, enhance operational efficiency and support strategic decision making. Additionally, you will plan and manage legacy system transitions, maintaining smooth operations throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle.

Strong leadership, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. You will guide and mentor a team of integration professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Your contributions will directly influence the program's success and support long-term organizational growth and operational excellence.

Tasks and Responsibilities
Value Creation:



  • Develop comprehensive functional and technical specification ensuring scalability, data integrity, and alignment with regulatory compliance and organizational goals.


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure integration solutions are scalable and adaptable to evolving business needs, supporting innovation and growth.


  • Drive integration efforts of Oracle Cloud ERP system modules (e.g., FI, HR) and other operational technologies ensuring seamless data flow, operational continuity, and holistic business insights.



Business Operations:



  • Partner with IT teams, implementation partner(s)/vendors and internal stakeholders to implement integration solution that meets business requirements and adhere to architecture standards.


  • Proactively address and resolve integration-related issues or roadblocks, minimizing disruptions to business operations.


  • Ensure team develops and maintains comprehensive documentation of integration processes and interfaces to support knowledge transfer and continuity.


  • As a trusted advisor, collaborate with our implementation partner and engage stakeholders to provide valuable insights, actionable recommendations, and thought leadership on Oracle Cloud ERP capabilities, industry trends, and best practices.



People Development:



  • Lead and mentor a team of integration professionals, fostering high performance and continuous development.


  • Identify training opportunities to enhance the team's technical skills and ERP integration knowledge.


  • Cultivate a collaborative environment, encouraging the exchange of ideas, best practices, and lessons learned to continuously improve processes.


Minimum Skills
Minimum Knowledge and Abilities
Certified Integration Architect or ERP-specific integration certification, such as Oracle Integration Cloud Certified Professional or SAP Integration Suite Certification.
Demonstrated proficiency in integration management, with expertise in integration methodologies, data mapping, and interface development.
Proven track record managing large-scale projects involving cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to address complex technical challenges.
Effective communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Documented success in managing integrations within large ERP implementations, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Advanced ERP-specific certifications, such as Oracle Cloud ERP ARCS, RMCS & familiar with Oracle Cloud ERP solutions
  • Cloud integration expertise, supported by certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Azure Architect.
  • Project management certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
  • Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for ERP integrations.

Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent substantial experience.
Required Certifications
Working Environment
Indoor work, operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, repetitive motion. Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer and calculator.
Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business related events.
Physical Demands
