Job Requirements: Is This You?

• 1-2 years' logistics experience preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute complex projects on time.
• Familiar with transportation pricing practices, tariffs and operations as well as ability to quickly learn and support several differing services is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships both internally and externally.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft software including Microsoft Excel with the ability to create formulas, formatting, charts, pivot tables, and macros.
• Superior analytical and technical skills: problem solving and decision making.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills. Cultivate relationships with motor carrier and railroad partners.
