Analyst, Refund II

What You'll Do:

• Research claims history to identify and/or verify moderately complex claims to be adjusted for refunds. Update claims systems to ensure that the refund process will be completed. Adjust claims history to reflect refunded amount.
• Complete action requests for priority claims.
• Respond accurately and timely to inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Assists with reports that ensure claims are processing and refunds are settled according to guidelines and requirements.
• Responds to internal quality audits.

To Qualify for This Position, You'll Need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Oneyear of related claims experience plus twoyears of experience in the recouping and/or refunding of claims.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
