Position Summary

Looking to jumpstart your career supporting all aspects of an Environmental Consulting Firm? EBI Consulting is looking for a detail-oriented, upbeat and hardworking individual to join our Burlington headquarters team in the role of a Production Associate. This is a full-time administrative role and will support the daily activities of the Production department by supporting EBI's Real Estate and Telecom business lines.

This is an entry level position and would be an ideal position for a recent college graduate looking to advance their administrative skills or familiarize yourself with the Environmental industry. This role will report to the Director of Project Support & Facilities and will require being on site in our Burlington, MA corporate headquarters five days weekly. All applicants must therefore be comfortable with working in an office environment and be geographically close to Burlington, MA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Document Creation and Report Management:



  • Create, edit, and manage reports, including PDF files, paper copies, and electronic copies.
  • Assemble all necessary documentation to complete and deliver reports to clients via hard copy or electronically.
  • Generate environmental and engineering reports, consolidate data, and manage portfolio documents.


Quality Assurance and Project Support:



  • Address project-related issues, such as missing figures, unclear instructions, or incomplete appendices and or attachments.
  • Ensure quality assurance by overseeing document and data management processes.
  • Review and redact sample reports for clarity and compliance.
  • Serve as the custodian of all internal employee resumes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.


Administrative and Logistical Support:



  • Maintain office supplies for the production department.
  • Manage the ordering and dispatching of sampling supplies.
  • Order site assessment materials and ensure timely delivery.


Data Visualization and Mapping:



  • Create and edit figures, diagrams, and flood maps for projects.


Ad Hoc Assignments:



  • Complete miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals.



Qualifications and Capabilities



  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Interest in Environmental Studies and/or Science preferred but not required.
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail, proof reading & detecting inconsistencies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where juggling multiple assignments and meeting deadlines is critical.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work independently to meet the needs of the business.
  • Timely, positive & professional conduct with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to think to outside the box and adjust to change consistently.
