Production Technician III

FieldBridge Energy seeks a Production Technician to work in Pewaukee, WI or a global water technology company.

Pay / Schedule: Up to $25.00/hr. 6 am - 2:30 pm or 2:30 - 11:00pm. At 50 hours per week, earn weekly paychecks of up to $1,375 gross.

Job Summary:

As a member of our Production Team, you will play a critical role in assembling, disassembling, testing, and repairing pumps. This includes hydrostatic and performance testing, diagnosing and repairing service jobs, and managing parts and inventory. Additional responsibilities include prepping and painting pump and parts orders and ensuring final packaging for shipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Assemble and disassemble pumps and parts orders.
  • Diagnose and repair pump service jobs.
  • Perform hydrostatic and performance testing on pumps.
  • Receive, stock, and organize inventory.
  • Prep and paint pump and parts orders.
  • Package and ship pump and parts orders.
  • Adhere to company safety practices and protocols.


Minimum Qualifications:



  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience and Skills:
  • Mechanical aptitude, including experience using hand tools and reading diagrams or blueprints.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and support various shop areas.
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral).
  • Attention to detail.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • At least two years of mechanical assembly experience, particularly with rotating equipment.
  • Forklift and crane operation experience.


Physical Demands:



  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
  • Regularly required to stand, reach, bend, squat, push, pull, and move throughout the facility.
  • Ability to climb ladders and work in areas involving heights, enclosed spaces, and near or above water.
  • Comfortable working with material handling equipment, hand tools, and exposure to shop elements.
  • Walk or stand for at least 8 hours per day.
  • Flexibility to work occasional overtime.


Work Environment:

This role operates in a shop environment, requiring regular interaction with material handling equipment, hand tools, and daily exposure to typical shop conditions.
