Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business HR Manager. This role serves as a strategic business partner to executive leadership teams. You will lead processes to ensure world-class leadership and key talent development that supports organizational objectives, foster a high-performance culture, and leverage corporate and country HR partners to solve business problems. This position manages complex, matrixed relationships, collaborating effectively across the HR value chain. In this role, you will consult with, advise, coach, and partner with business leaders on people and organizational needs, ensuring alignment with the business strategy. The role also includes driving organizational effectiveness, including change management initiatives.

Additionally, this role will oversee global HR Export Compliance program management responsibilities, partnering with legal and export compliance teams.

This position reports to the Global Business HR Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Support: Partner strategically with assigned businesses to align HR initiatives with business objectives and goals. Maintain strong business literacy about the organization's financial position, culture, and competitive landscape. Provide coaching to executive and senior management teams to positively influence decision-making and business outcomes.
  • Organizational Capability: Develop and implement talent strategies to attract, retain, and grow top talent within assigned businesses. Build a strong leadership bench and succession plan for each business unit.
  • Performance Management: Drive employee engagement, productivity, and development through effective performance management systems.
  • Training and Development: Collaborate with the Global Learning and Development team to design and deliver targeted training programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze HR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and guide data-driven decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to integrate HR strategies and compliance programs effectively.
  • Export Compliance Management: Lead the HR export compliance processes globally, including approvals, training, and development, ensuring strict adherence to relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent work experience and skills are valued equally.
  • Minimum of 7 years of HR management experience, ideally in high-tech or regulated industries.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or related areas is a plus.

Santa Rosa, CA pay range: MIN $ 156,740.00- MAX $261,230.00

Colorado Springs, CO pay range: MIN $145,130.00 - MAX $ 241,880.00

Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
