Overview
Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a motivated and qualified senior traffic operator to join our growing team that has a large backlog full of exciting design and traffic operations projects on some of the most iconic transportation facilities in the country. The selected candidate will have the unique opportunity to serve as a lead traffic operator at an on-site management center in Ewing Township, with the ability to monitor roadway corridors via controlled traffic signal systems and various other intelligent transportation system technologies. Tasks include monitoring, detecting, documenting, recommending updates to improve, and regularly disseminating information and data about traffic conditions and monitoring signal health to effectively maintain the transportation system through a host of events, both planned and unplanned. Position offers unique ability to work collaboratively in a dynamically changing landscape with internal stakeholders, senior leadership and other partner agencies creating an invigorating career opportunity. The anticipated work hours for this position would be Monday - Friday, 6am to 2pm. Responsibilities
