Vantive: A New Company Built on Our Legacy Your role at Baxter Manages the day-to-day operation of multiple locations, teams and departments of the organization's customer-facing operations across a region in the US. This can include 3-Pl logistics partners, distribution customer operations and transportation and logistics partners. Accountable for the strategic plan for the department(s)/area(s) and sponsors all projects to achieve business results. Constantly pursues creative ways to improve the operation of the department(s)/area(s). Responsible for US home patient delivery operations in a region (multiple states and upwards to 30 direct reports). Analyzes distribution, cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, resource management, technology advancements, and a variety of other problems to provide or formulate and develop modified solutions to business issues affecting the daily operations function. The estimated base salary for this position is $88,000 to $121,000annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
