Lead .NET Developer We are seeking an experienced and proficient Lead.NET developer with a strong background in .NET API development, .NET CORE, Web API, and Angular. Demonstrates extensive experience in designing, building, and supporting APIs. Location: Columbus, OH. / Warrensville Ht, OH **Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future** Responsibilities * Ability to demonstrate a solid understanding of software development principles and coding best practices. * Full stack development experience * Knowledgeable in front-end web development technologies and techniques * .NET, .NET CORE and Angular development * DevOps & Cloud- Apigee, AWS (Rancher/ Kubernetes), GIT, Maven, Jenkins, Harness, CI/CD Pipeline * Technology depth and experience with designing, building, and supporting APIs. * Passion and ability to coach and mentor junior developers. * Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to help drive the best technical direction and decision making. * Able to apply experience to recommend the best technical direction for efforts. * Drives cross-collaboration and execution of projects across multiple teams. * Problem solver and out of the box thinker * Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. * Strong communication, people interaction, and self-leadership skills * Thought leadership with strong ability to influence and lead continuous improvement. Qualifications * Experienced in .NET full stack development. * Proficient in .NET API development technologies and techniques. * Skilled in .NET, .NET CORE, Web API, and Angular development. * Knowledgeable in DevOps and Cloud technologies such as Apigee, AWS (Rancher/Kubernetes), GIT, Maven, Jenkins, Harness, and CI/CD pipelines. * Extensive experience in designing, building, and supporting APIs. * Passionate about coaching and mentoring junior developers. * Capable of coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to drive the best technical direction and decision-making. * Experience applies to recommend optimal technical directions for projects. * Facilitates cross-collaboration and project execution across multiple teams. * A creative problem solver and innovative thinker. * Thrives in a fast-paced team environment. * Strong in communication, interpersonal interactions, and self-leadership. * Exhibits thought leadership with a strong ability to influence and lead continuous improvement initiatives Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until March 14, 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $81,337 to $141,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
