We are seeking a proactive Business Analyst to drive process improvement and standardization initiatives across Service Activation, Customer Assurance, and Finance departments. In this role, you will collaborate with business users to identify requirements, analyze gaps, and recommend enhancements for software development and operational processes. Your contributions will enhance revenue delivery, customer experience, and financial reporting accuracy. Responsibilities Analyze and optimize complex business processes to improve service delivery, customer care, and financial operations. Act as a change agent by leading initiatives to enhance processes, reduce delays, and increase operational efficiency. Evaluate current-state operations, perform gap analysis, and propose actionable recommendations for improvement. Manage and support Sitetracker, CDG Elements, and Dynamics 365 F&O platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, while recommending and implementing platform enhancements to improve functionality. Provide training and ensure teams are knowledgeable about system capabilities and usage. Partner with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with Revenue Operations strategies. Prepare and deliver progress updates to senior leadership, including the COO, CTO, and departmental VPs. Assist in business process redesign and documentation to support new technology initiatives. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, managing changes as necessary. Assist project managers with developing project plans and utilize project planning tools. Develop and coordinate test plans to ensure effective software testing. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. 2+ years of experience in service delivery, customer care, or finance operations. Telecommunications or utility operations experience is strongly preferred. Experience with Sitetracker, CDG Elements, and Dynamics 365 F&O is highly desirable. Knowledge of ERP systems, Salesforce, and BSS/OSS platforms. Proven ability to manage or coordinate projects effectively. Strong leadership, oral and written communication, and presentation skills. Ability to establish rapport, define expectations, and gain stakeholder commitment. Demonstrated capability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
