Commercial Service Manager

Under the direction of and reporting to Director of Product Service, the Program Manager's primary duty is to plan, manage and Grow the Commercial side of Milwaukee tool Service while upholding Milwaukee's superior quality & experience reputation. This requires taking a hands-on approach solving complex issues, cross-functional leadership and communicating timely updates while maintaining a cooperative relationship with internal and external customers.

You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:?

• Manage Customer facing Service offerings by establishing measurements, and driving KPI targets, while Communicating results

• Analyze data and Trends to represent for key initiatives, commercialization & Service Program updates for Internal and external Stakeholders.

• Communicate regularly commercial service updates, requirements, and best Practices.

• Lead Research & Collaboration with groups like Product, Channel, Sales & Operations for needs of new Service Programs offerings across Milwaukee Tool product portfolio.

• Develop and coordinate commercialization strategies across multiple Service Systems that drive clarity, effectiveness and consistency of experience for our end-users.

• Act as the internal and external focal point for the resolution of Service Program issues

• Develop / mentor Junior members of team.

The TOOLS you'll bring with you:

• Requires a bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing or related area.

• +5 years' experience in Program / Project management, Marketing or Operations

• Position requires an accomplished analytical competency used for problem solving and decision making

• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated track record of achievements in positions of increasing responsibilities.

Other TOOLS, we prefer you to have:

• Willingness to travel up to 10-15% of the time.

• Proficiency in PC skills including MS Power Platform, SQL, Adobe Creative Cloud

• Experience within service / repair industry is preferred.
