1st shift Production Lead

This lead position will be as follows, but not limited to:

• Learn all machinery and fill in as needed to meet OTD.
• Learn shipping and receiving and fill in as needed.
• Learn Warehousing and Inventory control.
• Work closely with the Manufacturing Director to meet and achieve internal and external goals.
• Continuous improvement.
• Work with shop associates to promote workflow, problem-solving, quality standards, and safety.

1st shift, 7-3 M-F

It may require some training on the second shift.
