This is a full-time, exempt position eligible for all our benefit offerings. We consider full-time work to be roughly 37.5 hours/week. This hybrid position will be based in one of our offices either in Cambridge, MA, Washington DC, or Phoenix, AZ. Position Overview The Associate Director, Accelerating Community Investment (ACI) Networks is a newly created fixed-term position to further the impact of the Accelerating Community Investment (ACI) team at the Lincoln Institute. The primary goal is to help our network participants by curating and planning their experiences in our various networks, generating new program and initiative ideas, and by helping participants develop their impact investments that meet their organizational and community priorities while delivering investment results to asset holders who invest in work within their communities. The ideal candidate for this role will be a leader with established experience in impact investing, public finance and/or experience developing networks and communities of practice programming that is designed to increase participant knowledge, deepen their connections to fellow practitioners across the nation and link participants with new investment partners who can help deliver additional investment activity in their communities that meet resident needs and is made in accordance with local priorities. Currently, our networks include the ACI National Community of Practice, the ACILab, and the newly established ACI Cohort of the Lincoln Vibrant Communities Fellowship. As the program continues to develop, additional networks are likely to be added to these. Compensation Overview The salary market range for this role is posted above and dependent on level of education and years of experience.
