Explore the full range of benefits here: Benefits Overview Location: 10700 Charter Drive, Suite 205, Columbia MD 21044 Position Summary: Rehab Aide (Full-Time) As a Rehab Aide, you will play an integral role in delivering top-notch patient care while supporting our dedicated team of Physical Therapists (PT), Occupational Therapists (OT), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP). Your contributions will ensure smooth clinic operations and enhance the patient experience. Key Responsibilities: Assist PTs, OTs, and SLPs with direct and indirect patient treatments. Escort patients to and from clinic areas. Maintain clinic and equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety. Stock treatment areas as needed. Conduct environmental rounds and report issues to coordinators and managers. Set up patients for treatment sessions. Organize and post patient schedules. Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and visitors. Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Required Licensure & Certifications: CPR certification. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
