Freight Utility *Shift: 1st, (8:15am-5pm)* *Pay: $18-$20/hr (Based on Experience)* We are currently seeking a Freight Utility Associate to join our logistics team. This role is essential in supporting the day-to-day operations of our shipping and logistics department. If you're detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a knack for organization and communication, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Process production orders for truck shipments to meet shipping deadlines. Manage LTL, truckload, and expedited shipments using Acumatica and TMS. Provide accurate freight quotes and assist sales teams and customers. Calculate and apply freight charges and carrier costs. Assist with freight bill audits and claims processing. Enter international orders and support parcel quoting. Provide backup to LTL Office and OS&D Freight roles. Assist Flagpole Sales by processing bid invites (Construct Connect platform). Participate in small logistics projects as assigned.
