Description
The Service Advisor Supervisor is responsible for supporting branch Service Department personnel by leading Service Advisors in each region. The Service Advisor Supervisor should understand and ensure adherence to all Service SOP's. The Service Advisor Supervisor will lead a team responsible for all AX Work Order administration, customer communication, creating service quotations, dispatching field and scheduling shop repairs, COD customer invoicing, generating VOC and tool account purchase requisitions, and other duties not specified. Education
High School or Equivalent (required)
Experience
Experience using personal computers including Microsoft Word and Excel and basic typing skills are required for this position. Communication and organizational skills are critical to be successful in this position. Prior leadership experience is a plus. (required)
