| Description QualificationsThe Aircraft Cleaner Lead is tasked with overseeing the entire aircraft cleaning operation, including managing teams of cleaning personnel and ensuring adherence to repair station, customer airline and industry standards. This role involves strategic planning and coordination to ensure efficient and thorough aircraft cleaning. The Lead is responsible for compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and must regularly liaise with airline representatives and other stakeholders. Additionally, this position requires managing budgets, ordering supplies, and implementing training programs to maintain high standards of cleanliness and team performance As an Aircraft Cleaner you will: 
  
 Develop and implements overall aircraft cleaning strategies and procedures; establishes and maintains high standards of cleanliness/hygiene and ensures compliance with all federal, state and local regulations in all aircraft cleaning operations.Provide leadership, direction, guidance and supervision to a team of aircraft cleaners, fostering a positive work environment.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and airline clients to understand and meet their specific cleaning needs. Addresses and resolves any customer complaints or issues related to aircraft cleaning services.Monitor and manages the budget for the aircraft cleaning department, including procurement of supplies and equipment.Implement training programs for cleaning staff on new techniques and safety protocolsAnalyze performance metrics and implements changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Maintain cleaning activities and schedules to meet internal and external targets or deadlines. Coordinates with maintenance and engineering departments for any special cleaning requirements.Ensure proper documentation and record - keeping for all cleaning activitiesPerform additional duties as assigned 
 Required job skills 
  
 High School DiplomaEffectively speak, read and write in English language, to include documentsAbility to effectively work with minimal supervisionMust be flexible to work extended hours on occasion to support our field operations
 Required work experience 
  
 2 years of aircraft cleaning experience (or aircraft airframe experience or trainingValid state-issued drivers' license with an acceptable driving record 
 Must have the ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices including IPADS, Tablets, Computers and Mobile devices.  Physical Requirements:
