Regional Process Engineer

Education and Experience

* Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent work experience.

* 7 years of experience in Manufacturing operations, safety procedures, and process improvement.

Additional Qualifications

* Consistent high performer with demonstrated leadership capabilities. Able to work in a team environment. Holds themselves and team members accountable for a high level of performance.

* Strong knowledge of safety requirements in manufacturing.

* Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.

* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to acquire, assimilate, and analyze data from multiple systems and data sources using a variety of business intelligence and reporting tools. Ability to put structure and discipline around defined processes.

* Experience in leading / conducting root cause investigations/analysis.

* Detail oriented and able to manage to milestones and deadlines.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate within a global matrix organization.
* Twin screen strand cut experience is a must
