PILOT - Customer Support Specialist

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:


  • Provide support for low-complexity tasks within Business Execution, ensuring timely and accurate issue resolution
  • Address customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer service
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain strict call center schedules to optimize phone coverage
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues across multiple platforms and environments
  • Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and resolutions


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education
  • Prior experience in a call center environment, with an understanding of strict scheduling and coverage requirements
  • Strong customer service orientation, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC skills, with adaptability to support various platforms
  • Basic technical support experience (Level 1 or Level 2), demonstrating broad technical exposure and resolution-focused problem-solving




Pay Range: $25-$35

Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
