Genesis10 is currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Provide support for low-complexity tasks within Business Execution, ensuring timely and accurate issue resolution Address customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer service Collaborate with the team to maintain strict call center schedules to optimize phone coverage Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues across multiple platforms and environments Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and resolutions Required Qualifications: 6+ months of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education Prior experience in a call center environment, with an understanding of strict scheduling and coverage requirements Strong customer service orientation, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC skills, with adaptability to support various platforms Basic technical support experience (Level 1 or Level 2), demonstrating broad technical exposure and resolution-focused problem-solving Pay Range: $25-$35 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
