Genesis10 is seeking a Helpdesk Specialist - Level 3 for a contract with our client in Denver, CO.

Job/ Project Overview:

The project involves relocating the office from 1800 Larimer Street to 3500 Blake Street in Denver, CO. This transition requires support for Teams room video conferencing to ensure seamless communication during the move.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Teams room video conferencing during the office relocation. This individual will assist with video conferencing support, ensuring smooth operation and addressing any issues that arise.


  • Provide Level 3 helpdesk support.
  • Answers more complex questions about installation and operation of assigned products
  • Responsibilities include maintaining, developing and supporting personal computers, servers, local and wide area network, software, and data communications technologies.
  • Provide support for Teams room video conferencing, ensuring all systems function correctly.
  • Offer excellent customer support, addressing "how-to " questions and troubleshooting issues promptly. S
  • Gain familiarity with the video conferencing system to provide effective support.
  • Be available to quickly resolve any issues that may occur during video calls.
  • This role is crucial for maintaining effective communication and support during the office move, ensuring that video conferencing capabilities remain uninterrupted.
  • Standard core hours - 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or or 8 AM to 4:30 PM MST


Required Basic Qualifications:

  • Customer Support Experience: 8-10 years of in-person customer support/service experience is essential.
  • Previous in person/desktop support experience is a must
  • Previous experience in a helpdesk role, demonstrating the ability to interact effectively with customers in person.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Teams rooms and the ability to connect calls, use the join button, and troubleshoot video conferencing issues.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook for scheduling meetings and managing room bookings.
  • Professional Demeanor: Ability to present oneself in a professional manner, with business casual attire suitable for interacting with corporate employees.
  • Strong communication skills to provide clear and effective support to users.
  • Quick Learner: Ability to become proficient with the video conferencing system within a few weeks. Adaptability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and processes.
  • Strong problem solver with a sense of urgency
  • Educational Background: A high school diploma is required.


Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $40-$45

Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
