We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Implementation Operations Intern to join our dynamic team. The intern will play a crucial role in supporting our Enterprise ERP professional services operations by assisting with various tasks related to training, content management, project setup, and data updates. Responsibilities
  • Editing training videos: Work with the training team to edit and refine training videos to ensure high-quality content for our employees and clients.
  • Managing content on TylerU: Add, update, and manage content on our TylerU platform, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Creating new hire databases: Prepare databases for each New Hire Training (NHT) group to facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
  • Performing weekly data updates: Update data between Caspio and CRM on a weekly basis, a task currently handled by PMO Leads.
  • Sending weekly registrant lists: Distribute the weekly PM OE registrant list to directors and territory leads in a timely manner.
  • Setting up new projects: Set up new projects in Project Online as new contracts are received or new phases are initiated.
  • Updating project plan templates: Assist in updating project plan templates for non-product-specific activities, such as adding milestone codes to go-live tasks and ensuring consistency in change management tasks across all plans.
  • Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
