Description

Be part of an exciting program to help children & adolescents, couples, and families experience a better future. Provide direct clinical services to children, families, and adults, across a broad range of presenting needs including divorce, trauma, family systems, and behavioral issues. We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative therapist for this hybrid position (both in the office and teletherapy based on the needs of the clients & the agency) and working 2 evenings a week with one evening until 8:00 p.m.

Client/Family Therapy



  • Carries a caseload for both teletherapy and in-office work involving any or all of the Agency's services, which will include, including individual, child, family, couples, and may include group treatment modality.
  • Performs the full range of clinical duties, including the gathering and analysis of data, formulation of assessment and treatment plans, within the context of critical thinking, and implementation of the treatment for routine and complex cases.
  • Formulates understanding of clients' situations, providing appropriate services with supervisory consultation.


REQUIREMENTS:



  • A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Strong clinical field placements or internships with experience and interest working with children & adolescents.
  • Work experience and interest working with children & adolescents preferred.
  • Self-awareness and the ability to remain calm and professional when handling conflict and disruptive behaviors
  • Able to work evenings two days per week with one evening until 8:00 p.m.
  • This position may require visits to locations which may or may not be accessible by public transportation.

  • Compensation: minimum starting compensation for this position is $52,000 annually (minimum of $58,000 if licensed - LCSW or LCPC).
