Apply now Job Title: Technical Support Engineer Posting Start Date: 30/01/2025 Job Description: The NanoScience Service Team offer our customers piece of mind, that allow them to concentrate on their own objectives, safe in the knowledge that we are always here to provide full support throughout the lifetime of their product. We currently have an exciting and varied opportunity to join the Service Team in providing remote support to our customers. No one day will be the same due to the diverse and exciting applications of our products. The opportunity In this role you will be the key point of contact within our global help desk, providing timely, detailed, and accurate responses to customers' technical enquiries. You will be responsible for recording issues, actively managing tickets, and responding to customers both in writing and verbally. You will also provide support to field service activities through the provision of technical assistance and prompt shipment of components as required. Building and maintaining a technical repository of information will also form part of the role. About You To be successful in this role you will have experience working in a mechanical engineering environment, with the ability to understand our products and their applications. Good written and verbal communication skills, together with the ability to explain technical concepts is essential. You will be an organised self-starter, passionate about providing excellent customer service in a professional and empathetic manner.
