NATURE AND SCOPE
Reports to the Sr Manager, Compliance Advisory. Serves as a part of a team that interprets rules and regulations to draft and implement policies and procedures. Serves as project manager or business analyst on compliance-related issues and projects to ensure proper identification and implementation of solutions that meet the applicable regulatory requirements. This will include managing the ongoing regulatory requirements, compliance review of processes and training associates/providing training content on changes in laws and regulations to assure ongoing adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of compliance operations and process experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Knowledge of financial operations, policies, and procedures.
3. Compliance experience with lending regulations.
4. Demonstrated experience balancing multiple priorities and managing a variety of projects in a high volume work environment with strong attention to detail.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the proven ability to work across various departments and levels in an organization.
6. Ability to use independent judgment and discretion in various situations while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
7. CRCM Certification preferred.
8. Must have a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to the position. Must understand and comply with all job related state and federal laws and regulations.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Performs assigned tasks that support the development, implementation, maintenance, execution and continual improvement of the Enterprise Compliance Program (ECP).
2. Performs the review, collection, and inventory of policies, procedures, processes and controls and assists in their assessment against Landmark's ECP and regulatory requirements and standards.
3. Monitors new and pending legislation, regulation, and bulletins with compliance implications and assists in development of programs, policies, procedures and training to implement related requirements and satisfy regulatory requirements.
4. Assists with maintenance of legal and regulatory requirements inventory, log of issues and action plans, review and development of compliance training, development and review of analytics to determine extent of compliance risks resulting from regulatory changes, preparation of regulatory filings and other communications with regulatory agencies.
5. Provides regular updates to departments impacted by the changes and coordinates implementation plans or manages implementation projects as assigned.
6. Works collaboratively with business units to successfully implement any procedural changes resulting from testing and monitoring, observations or findings. Proactively collects feedback to assess effectiveness of proposed changes.
7. Supports Landmark's business areas and enterprise-wide projects by providing compliance subject matter expertise; understands and evaluates business processes and related compliance controls development and implementation; reports findings to the management.
8. Provides subject matter expertise and reviews new product offerings and all proposed marketing and sales materials, to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as needed.
9. Implements and maintains procedures, workflows, job aids, templates and forms, as assigned.
10. Coordinates SAFE Act requirements. Works with the Human Resources Department and business units to ensure all applicable lenders are trained and registered.
11. Creates and maintains Landmark's LARs. Electronically submits required LARs to the CFBP in timely manner.
12. Assists with preparation, coordination and support for regulatory examinations, internal audits, and regulatory action items through meeting attendance, information gathering and issue and action plan follow up.
13. Performs other duties as assigned.
