What your day-to-day will look like: Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of assigned areas to create a welcoming environment for all occupants and guests. Perform routine cleaning tasks including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, window cleaning, and waste disposal. Utilize cleaning equipment and materials safely and efficiently to ensure high-quality service delivery. Collaborate with team members to embrace more innovative ways of working within the building service function. Respond promptly to client and team inquiries regarding cleaning services, maintaining a professional demeanor. Support and adhere to all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for everyone. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel for fast resolution. Stocking and managing inventory of laboratory supplies and equipment. Work Schedule: 4/3 Rotating ScheduleFriday to Monday: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM Friday to Sunday: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM Required Skills and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in professional cleaning or janitorial services. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showcasing a culture of collaboration. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication abilities, both verbal and written. Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary. Completing required JLL and client training module. Must possess basic computer skills for data entry, inventory management, and communication. Desired or preferred experience and technical skills: Previous experience in a commercial real estate or facilities management environment. Familiarity with using a variety of cleaning equipment and supplies. Demonstrated commitment to workplace inclusion and a history of supporting colleagues' wellbeing. Experience working within a multicultural environment. A proactive approach to identifying innovative ways to improve service delivery.
