Are you looking to grow your career in healthcare analytics? We're seeking an Intermediate BI Analyst to support Revenue Cycle operations in a large academic health system. What You'll Do: * Support Data-Driven Decision-Making - Analyze and present data to support high-visibility projects across departments. *Collaborate with Experts - Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure accurate metrics, data validation, and reporting solutions. * Develop Reports & Data Visualization - Design, build, and maintain reports using SQL, Microsoft BI Suite, Tableau, Epic Reporting Workbench, Crystal Reports, and more. *Contribute to System Administration & Governance - Participate in system upgrades, data collection, and performance improvement efforts. * Grow & Learn - Gain hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, R, Minitab, and change control processes while receiving structured mentorship. This role is ideal for someone eager to build upon their BI and analytics skills while making a meaningful impact in healthcare and has: *Experience in Revenue Cycle analytics (preferably in a large academic health system). * Strong SQL skills: Competent in writing and troubleshooting queries, including joins and subqueries. Understanding of relational databases and data analysis. *Proficient in Excel & Power Query with a willingness to learn additional BI tools and technologies. * Data analysis: Ability to analyze datasets to extract insights and support decision-making. *Data Visualization: Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI to create and manage reports. *EPIC experience highly desirable
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: High School Diploma, or equivalent. Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience. General understanding of relational databases. Intermediate experience with organizing and analyzing large datasets. Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word. Able to learn new software and skills as required for the position. Licensure: None.
