Acara Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our client located in Prescott AZ on a Full Time Direct Hire opportunity
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop technical program plans, system requirements, and system integration
  • Perform system analysis at all levels (concept, design, test, operation, etc.)
  • Translate customer requirements into hardware or software specifications
  • Manage project timelines, costs, and risks
  • Interface with factory and coordinate with internal/external teams
  • Conduct technical exchanges (system requirements, technical drawings, etc.)
  • Participate in project meetings and presentations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
  • Identify and implement improvements based on engineering principles
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • 2 yrs. minimum experience as a Systems Engineer within system integration, technical planning, and requirements analysis
  • Bachelors Degree
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of system design, testing, operation, and maintenance processes
  • Proficient in performing functional analysis, trade studies, and safety analysis
  • Strong understanding of hardware and software specification translation
  • Ability to manage project timelines, risks, and costs
  • Experience with technical documentation, drawings, and project coordination
