Description Acara Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our client located in Prescott AZ on a Full Time Direct Hire opportunity Key Responsibilities: Develop technical program plans, system requirements, and system integration Perform system analysis at all levels (concept, design, test, operation, etc.) Translate customer requirements into hardware or software specifications Manage project timelines, costs, and risks Interface with factory and coordinate with internal/external teams Conduct technical exchanges (system requirements, technical drawings, etc.) Participate in project meetings and presentations Ensure compliance with company policies and standards Identify and implement improvements based on engineering principles Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: 2 yrs. minimum experience as a Systems Engineer within system integration, technical planning, and requirements analysis Bachelors Degree Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Knowledge of system design, testing, operation, and maintenance processes Proficient in performing functional analysis, trade studies, and safety analysis Strong understanding of hardware and software specification translation Ability to manage project timelines, risks, and costs Experience with technical documentation, drawings, and project coordination Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employers.
