We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Analyst to become an integral part of the global tax team. Reporting to the Senior Tax Director, the Senior Tax Analyst will be responsible for a dynamic workload in the areas of US and International tax compliance and reporting, with a mix of both direct and indirect tax responsibilities.

This position will report to our Radnor, PA office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or tax-related field; CPA or equivalent certification desired.
  • Experience: Three or more years of relevant work experience.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
    • OneSource Tax Provision (OTP), Alteryx and/or SAP experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to research and apply tax laws and financial reporting standards.

How You Will Create an Impact:

  • Assist in preparation of GAAP income tax provisions and cumulative deferred tax roll forwards in accordance with ASC 740 and other account pronouncements (FIN48) including calculations and disclosures.
  • Prepare federal/state/local income tax calculations and modifications and non-income tax filings, including book/tax differences.
  • Respond to inquires and notices from taxing authorities. Liaison with internal and external auditors regarding direct and indirect tax reporting matters.
  • Interface with various groups in order to address issues and questions regarding customer tax exemption certificates and related procedures.
  • Initiate tax software automation and process improvements.
  • Assist in tax research, planning, transfer pricing analysis and make recommendations based on analysis.
