Description The facilities team at our customer is looking to add a desktop support professional to their team. This candidate will be supporting 1000+ faculty in the facilities as well as 600+ devices. They will support the different departments in facilities which can include mail services, parking, printer troubleshooting, software installs, desktop builds and different tasks within the department. They will be working on a close knit team of 4 which includes two other desktop technicians and a web developer. 40 hours a week. On site in Rochester, NY. (Monday - Friday) * This is a hands on IT support role. This individual will be on their feet across the customers facilities. * This person will be performing cross-departmental IT support. Tier I end user support experience is required to be able to support a plethora of different technologies.
