Job Location: Ewing, NJ or Waukesha, WI (Hybrid schedule - 3 days per week in office) Job Summary: The Senior Innovation Manager is responsible for driving the strategic development and execution of innovative projects within Arm & Hammer Animal Nutrition (AHAN). This role will steer new product development, lead innovation and drive pipeline growth aligned with business strategy. As a Senior Innovation Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving cutting-edge strategies and initiatives that propel our organization into new frontiers of growth and excellence. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing innovative solutions that align with our strategic goals and market demands. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,800-196,700. This position is also eligible for a bonus. As a Church & Dwight US employee, you (and eligible dependents, as applicable) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid vacation and sick time, and Paid Parental Leave. U.S. employees are entitled to paid holidays, floating holidays, and vacation days starting in their first year of employment depending on hire date. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity.
