Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the resources within the production environment to ensure that on time performance and quality goals are met.
• Manage the performance of personnel to improve overall productivity. Maintain monthly performance information (including coaching notes). Compile this information into preliminary reviews for all direct reports.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Train and document new operators. Re-train and document existing operators as deemed necessary. Ensure all training documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and excellent communication with the IFF's Customer Service Representatives and fragrance sales teams.
• Continuous optimization of the facility's available automation and reservoir infrastructure. Lead continuous improvement activities and implement lean manufacturing concepts.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors' Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or similar field
• 3+ years' experience in a production/manufacturing leadership role
• Process Engineering exposure is a plus
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
