Shape the future of our Post-Acute Sales team as a Regional Manager at Molnlycke!

In this dynamic role, you'll develop and execute strategic business plans tailored to our vision for the Post-Acute (PAC) team. Reporting to the Post-Acute National Director of Sales, you'll ensure alignment with market demands and organizational goals.You'll lead, mentor, and empower a team of dedicated Territory Sales Managers and Sales Associates focused on exceeding the needs of our Home Health, DME, Skilled Nursing, Long Term Care and Distributor clients. Key Responsibilities:




  • Craft and execute sales plans within your region, surpassing sales and market share objectives.
  • Innovatively develop business strategies aligned with overarching marketing goals and allocated budgets.
  • Champion account management, cultivating existing relationships while actively seeking out new market opportunities within Post-Acute / Extended Care.
  • Create comprehensive annual business plans reflective of brand and product strategies, ensuring continuous growth and adaptation.
  • Provide insightful reports to senior management, offering valuable insights into regional activities and achievements.
  • Foster a culture of excellence through constructive feedback, recognition of achievements, and #impPACtful coaching sessions.
  • Conduct business reviews and field rides with your team, driving positive outcomes and refining sales techniques.



Work/Life Balance:



  • Overnight travel 60-75%
  • Region covers a large multistate area which includes Wisconsin down Louisana & everything West



Benefits & Compensation

The salary range for this role is $128,000 - 155,000 per year and this role is eligible for quarterly bonus & car reimbursement.

What you'll need:




  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field from an accredited
  • college/university required
  • 5-7 years of medical sales experience
  • 3+ years of Post-Acute sales management experience
  • Knowledge of sales and business plans, and a proven track record of building and nurturing effective customer relationships within a designated region.
  • Experience in resolving complex customer issues and guiding sales staff through challenging situations.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, essential for overseeing team dynamics and evaluating sales data.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities, vital for driving successful outcomes and fostering collaboration.
