Job Title: I&E Construction Coordinator (Contract)

We are seeking an experienced I&E Construction Coordinator to manage and oversee instrumentation and electrical (I&E) construction activities at a refinery. This role is critical to ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest technical standards. Candidates without prior I&E and refinery experience should not apply.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate field construction of I&E systems for refinery capital projects.
  • Ensure installation and construction meet technical, safety, and quality standards.
  • Oversee I&E contractors, ensuring schedules, progress, and quality align with project goals.
  • Collaborate with construction teams, QA/QC, and safety personnel to maintain project integrity and efficiency.
  • Resolve construction issues promptly to keep projects on schedule.
  • Enforce safety protocols and environmental compliance on-site.


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of direct I&E construction experience in refinery or major industrial projects.
  • Proven ability to manage I&E contractors and supervise field construction activities.
  • Strong knowledge of refinery processes, I&E systems, and construction coordination.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Familiarity with QA/QC standards and refinery safety regulations.
