ISO & Packaging Stat Coordinator- 1st Shift

You will be based in our Fletcher, NC location. The shift will start at 8:00 am and ends at 4:30 pm. This role supports the production line and will follow production needs.

Your main tasks:

ISO-9001

• Attend and pass BSI Internal Auditor training.
• Conduct routine departmental process audits and maintain the corrective action list.
• Schedule and facilitate departmental training. Update electronic training records.
• Enter and track the status of customer complaints and customer surveys.

Packaging Stats

• Review and track all financial information regarding stat changes to capture material and labor savings/increases, etc.
• Understand customer specific requirements.
• Act as the technical expert in the department while setting an example through safety, attendance, productivity, and attitude with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Produce regular reports and statistics as required regarding material/labor savings/increases due to changing of stats.
• Participate and/or lead in continuous improvement events.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar industry
• Is self-aware with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Engages interest and has a collaborative approach to working with others.
• Good understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of not meeting deadlines/ cost of poor quality.
• Effective communicator at all levels within the organization
• Knowledge of operating systems and equipment used in each department
• Basic understanding of Electrolux operating systems, Rex, DC Wizard and experience with MS Office, to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Must be able to lift packages 35 lbs. or less on a consistent basis
• Should be able to team lift any package greater than 35 lbs. but less than 71 lbs.
• Should be able to handle repetitive twisting, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, and bending
• Must be able to spend long periods of time on your feet
