- High School Diploma or GED.

Position Overview
Primary Purpose of Position |

- To assist with upkeep of the grounds to provide beautification to the entire campus.
- Performs grounds maintenance (cutting grass, edging and trimming lawns, planting and pruning shrubs and trees, weeding shrub beds, snow and ice removal, etc.); cleans campus of debris, dig ditches, installs fences and sign posts; and performs manual tasks (moving and hauling furniture and other materials including chemicals and gases manually or otherwise, etc.) according to instructions.
- Sets up and breaks down furniture, stages, materials and equipment for special events and activities.
- Operates most small engine grounds maintenance tools and machinery.
- Practice safe operating procedures with equipment, around students, vehicles and facilities; attends safety meetings, wears personal protective clothing.
