Join our Team Strategy Director Location: Plano, TX About this Opportunity We are looking for a talented Strategy Director (position must be based in the Ericsson office in Plano) who wants to be part of a team to grow our North American Business and be responsible for Key strategic questions within the Strategy and Technology team in the new Market Area North America (MANA) Strategy and Technology Unit. This role will report to the Head of Strategic Projects & Transformation. Ericsson's North American Strategy and Technology Team is now adding top talent with distinctive track records in strategic problem-solving and executive-level project management. We are developing new strategies, working on complex strategic tasks and leading some of our key strategic questions. We welcome the opportunity to meet you! Your Responsibilities Lead and drive strategic projects critical to MANA and Ericsson's growth. Collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders to achieve project goals. Utilize your strategic and transformation expertise to analyze technology trends and their implications. Develop comprehensive recommendations for senior executives to guide long-term strategic objectives. Contribute to key strategic questions, such as a new business models, emerging technologies and AI initiatives. What You Bring 8+ years of experience in strategy and/or technology roles, particularly in high-tech or telecom. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technology field. Strong consultative skills with a focus on strategy and transformation. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in an accessible manner. Proven experience delivering impactful advice and engaging presentations to top executives. A collaborative mindset with a track record of advancing project deliverables by working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Why join Ericsson?
