JOB SUMMARY The catering driver position delivers assigned products to aircraft and retrieve spent carts. Responsibilities include verifying flight documentation to ensure correct items are loaded before heading to ramp. Interacting with other Customer Service team members as well as flight attendants and other airport operations members to identify and resolve problems. Compiling with standard operating procedures regarding driving, positions the unit at the planes, securing the work platform, loading, and unloading carts on and off the planes ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

WORK ENVIRONMENT This job operates both indoors and outdoors. When working indoors this position will be working in a warehouse environment. While working outside the employee will be exposed to various weather such as rain, sleet, snow, hot and cold weather. While working outside the employee might work during the day or night. In addition, this position is exposed to loud noises from arriving and departing planes. PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands or finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee will frequently push or pull carts weighing up to 200 pounds. The employee is required to frequently work at heights around fifteen feet. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, low light and nighttime vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. ADDITIONAL NOTES The employee must be able to obtain an MSP SIDA Badge and customs seal.
