Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee Clinical Operations: Coordinate and direct clinical operations and associated programs, providing leadership and direct supervision to clinical support staff. Manage special initiatives, such as automated outreach systems and incentive plans, to enhance efficiency and performance.

  • Policy and Procedure Development: Establish and maintain effective procedures and practices to achieve departmental and program goals, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Performance and Financial Oversight: Develop, track, and analyze business and financial metrics to support the day-to-day operational success of the program. Regularly report on progress toward achieving operational goals through structured reviews and evaluations.

  • Comprehensive Program Management: Coordinate all aspects of clinical operations, including program planning, scheduling, work plan management, progress reporting, and issue resolution tracking, to ensure smooth and effective execution.

  • Leadership Coverage: Assume responsibility for operational oversight in the absence of the Director of Operations, ensuring continuity in decision-making and program management.

  • Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve operational issues within the program or department. Delegate responsibilities to the appropriate personnel for prompt and effective resolution when necessary.

  • The list of accountabilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties that management may deem necessary.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications/Experience and Knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree required, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Must hold an active, unrestricted LPN, RN, Social Worker license, or other applicable State and/or Compact State clinical license, as required by contractual obligations.

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of recent management experience, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in utilization review, with a comprehensive understanding of its principles and practices.
  • At least 5 years of clinical experience in the U.S. healthcare industry, with exposure to both public and private sector programs and/or experience delivering services to government or commercial programs.

  • Proven ability to effectively manage organizational change and support growth initiatives.

  • In-depth knowledge of business development, strategic planning, tactical implementation, and forming strategic business partnerships.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and address diverse customer needs effectively.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaborative decision-making within leadership, committees, teams, or workgroups with diverse composition.

  • Ability to navigate and work effectively within the company's decision-making and organizational structure.

  • Skilled in evaluating and refining operations and procedures, formulating policies, and implementing innovative strategies.

  • Comprehensive understanding of the U.S. healthcare industry, with preferred experience across public and private sector programs.

  • Expertise in employee development and performance management to drive team and individual success.

  • Ability to assess resources and environmental factors within the scope of responsibility and design actionable strategies aligned with the company's mission and strategic objectives.

  • Proven track record in P&L management, operational process engineering, remote operations management, and supporting new business development initiatives.

Compensation

The compensation for this role is $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 base salary.

Based on our compensation program, an applicant's position placement in the pay range will depend on various considerations, such as years of applicable experience and skill level.
