In this role you will serve as the Finance Manager Co-Pilot (Division) supporting the Nestle Professional Solution Sales Organization. This position provides financial & economic insights that empower investment decisions and is a key contributor to the achievement of the Division's sales growth and margin expansion objectives.

Key deliverables include: 1) Co-piloting support for the N.P.S. Customer Development team, ensuring accuracy and financial rigor in analytics and recommendations. 2) Management of targets and forecast by Brand, providing an accurate and transparent signal of performance to the broader organization 3) Driving the MBP process to ensure transparency and first-time quality of outputs. 4) Fact-based guidance for the optimal use of commercial resources in customer negotiations and acquisition of new business. 5) Driving digital transformation and acceleration of Trade Planning & Management 6) Promoting compliance with local and Nestle Accounting Standards and maintaining an effective, efficient control framework.

The individual must be able to effectively interact, collaborate and communicate across multiple functions in the organization (including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance), constructively challenging and building consensus to drive results. The position will plan, prioritize, and manage workload in an environment of competing priorities where risk and value must be accurately assessed to support timely and sound business decisions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provides actionable insights and recommendations to drive business actions and achieve targets and ambitions, with focus on Pricing, Mix and value creation elements. Supports the CD in developing strategies for respective channels, customers, and operators in implementing the Commercial Investment Framework.
  • Oversees the preparation and review of business planning activities including account level sales target with clear impactors and path to deliver.
  • Ensures quality and timely information is used by the business for decision making and exercises foresight to ensure that potential risks and opportunities are anticipated and understood. Promotes the use of external and internal information for benchmarking.
  • Partners with Marketing and Brand Co-pilots to develop platforms and programs to drive profitable growth.
  • Reviews monthly performance and develops appropriate action plans to ensure achievement of performance targets.
  • Drives a culture of 'audit ready at all times' compliance.

Key Experiences:

  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • 5+ years of Finance experience.
  • Prior experience in Strategic Revenue Management or Revenue Growth Management.
  • Record of value creation through initiatives that improve efficiency and/or drive profitable growth.
  • Ability to apply sales best practices and standards within the commercial finance and sales organization.
  • Understanding of Foodservice (Away from Home) Food & Beverage Trade and Customer landscape.
  • Good knowledge of the product portfolio, brand and customer profitability to encourage decisions that positively contribute to mix.
