The Position
2025 Summer Intern - Early Clinical Development Department Summary Genentech's Research and Early Development (gRED) Early Clinical Development (ECD) is responsible for crafting and implementing early development clinical strategies and plans to provide proof-of-concept data for safety, efficacy, and biomarker utility for gRED's new molecular entities. The Business Managers in the Chief of Staff Office serve as strategic thought partners, driving short-term and long-term business planning, strategy development, and execution. During this internship, you will have the opportunity to experience the role of a Business Manager. Collaborating closely with the ECD Chief of Staff and other Business Managers, you will gain experience in strategic partnerships to drive business planning, strategy development, and execution. This internship position is located in South San Francisco, on-site. The Opportunity

Relocation benefits are not available for this job posting. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $23-$33 hour. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
