Internship - Construction Manager, EPC

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. No sponsorship is available for this position.

Ramboll is accepting applications for the Summer 2025 internship program assigned to our office located in Blue Bell, PA 19422 and engaged on nearby environmental and construction projects. Each participant will be assigned a mentor who will guide them through project assignments. The program will provide internship participants with the opportunity to gain experience working in one or more practice areas. Our goal is to afford our interns experience with a variety of projects during the summer program to broaden their understanding an experience within their field of interest.

Joining Ramboll

As an intern in working with our EPC (engineer-procure-construct) project team, you will be working on projects that allows you to work directly with managers on environmental construction projects.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be to work closely with other construction managers and field personnel in a hands-on role, assisting them to ensure we meet our clients' expectations on time and within budget.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Document Control including managing receipts and transmission of project documents, checking documents for compliance with standard procedures, processing request for information (RFI's), and processing/tracking drawing submittals.
• Attend project meetings for documentation of action items and developing minutes.
• Project control assistance including purchase orders, contract and subcontract change orders, and Field work directives.
• Coordinate/Track shipping of materials and equipment to site
• Assist in the development of spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations for project meetings.
• Set-up and coordinate project meetings

• Candidates should be working toward a B.S or M.S degree in environmental, geology, civil, or industrial focused programs (does not need to be an engineering student / trade school candidates will be considered also)
• Candidates with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above are strongly preferred. Candidates with the completion of 4 college semesters (rising Junior status) are strongly preferred.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Good communication skills
• Good organizational skills
